一、发财树
窗外的风没有颜色
呼喊的声音也无法进入屋内
靠窗的发财树，绿得光亮
似乎透出油来
它对着屋外的高楼频频点头
I. Money Tree
The wind outside of the window has no color
The sound of shouts cannot enter the house
Money tree by the window, bright green
Seems to leak oil
It is nodding frequently to the tall buildings outside of the house
二、云影
花开在云影的下面
一只蜻蜓单足站在花蕊上
双翅摇动
云影被一个漩涡一个漩涡的切开
甩了出去
2. Cloud Shadows
Flowers blooming under cloud shadows
A dragonfly stands on a flower with one foot
With wings waving
Cloud shadows was cut open one wave by another wave
And dumped out
三、白云
芙蓉南路两侧的楼房
面对面立着
一朵白云悬在路中间头顶的蓝天上
往左也不是
往右也不是
3. White Cloud
Buildings on both sides of South Furong Road
Stand face to face
A white cloud hangs on the blue sky above the middle of the road
To left is not ok
To right is not ok either
四、长江黄河
青藏高原感冒了
对着东海吐沫
虚弱无力，沿途滴滴洒洒
这口水分做两股
一道叫长江，一道叫黄河
4. Yangtze River And Yellow River
Tibetan Plateau got cold
Spitting to the East China Sea
In weakness, and 5dripping along the way
The saliva makes two strands
One is called the Yangtze River and the other is called Yellow River
五、黄河长江
青藏高原高高耸立
面对汹涌太平洋不停的叫阵索战
一怒之下
派出两路雄兵迅猛出击
左先锋黄河
右先锋长江
5. Yellow River And Yangtze River
Tibetan Plateau stands tall
Faced with the raging Pacific Ocean, it’s none stopping to ask fighting
In anger
It sent two groups of soldiers to attack quickly
Left pioneer is Yellow River
Right pioneer is Yangtze River
六、流动
高天上云在流
陆地上河在流
肺叶中呼吸在流
脉管中血在流
大地一言不发，它，心已经死了
6. Flowing
Clouds is flowing in high shy
Rivers are flowing on land
Breath is flowing in the lungs
Blood is flowing in the vessels
The earth does not say a word, and its heart is dead
七、蜻蜓立水
蜻蜓立在水上
波纹一个圈一个圈散开
荡漾着水沉默已久的心思和记忆
蜻蜓说，我在产卵
给你留下种子，终归一日，你要脱水飞起
7.A Dragonfly Standing On Water
A dragonfly is standing on water
Ripples spreading out in circles
And rippling the long silent thoughts and memories of water
Dragonfly says I’m laying eggs
And leaves you seeds, and one day you will leave water and fly
八、爬壁藤
爬壁藤沿着墙往上攀
越过围墙，伸向外面的田野
根使劲生长，企图爬出土地来
它越挣扎越深沉
结果永无出头之日
8.Climbing Vines
Climbing vines climb up the wall
Across the fence and out into the field
Trying to climb out of the land, their roots grow vigorously
The more it struggles, the deeper the roots are so deep
As a result, there is no ends
九、烈日
盛夏的艳阳叫烈日
吐舌头的狗不理解它
正午眯着眼睛的猫不理解它
田地里垂死的庄稼不理解它
只有大地干裂的沟壑理解它

9. Scorching Sun
The bright sun in midsummer is called the scorching sun
The dog with tongue stuck out doesn’t understand it
The cat squinting at noon doesn’t understand it
The dying crop in the field does not understand it
Only the earth’s rifting gully understands it

我属猴，你属兔
我在枝头翻腾
你在草地奔跑
那人属什么？他静立不动
也不说话，有人说，他属石头
10. Chinese Zodiac
I am a monkey and you are a rabbit
I am tossing on the branches
You are runing on the grass
What is that person? He stands still
He did not speak, and some people said he is a stone

有人说它属雾

11. Chinese Zodiac Of The Ghost
Some people say it is fog
Some people say it is mourning
Some people say it is an inseparable complex
You’ve obversly seen it deeply sunk in swamp and wants to help
Unfortunate dragged down by it falls into the deeper entanglement
十二、斑纹
蝴蝶爱飞，她的翅膀喜欢空气的逢迎
偶尔，她停驻枝头
看战栗不已的空气臣服的表情
她对天空说
这样，你才是活的
12. Stripe
The butterfly loves to fly, her wings like the flattering of air
Occasionally she stops on branches
And looks at the surrendered expression of shivering air
She said to the sky
In this way, you are alive
十三、吊扇
三叶翅膀，在固定的轨道上盘旋
它紧紧盯着身下
生怕一颗头颅突然窜上
自己转瞬间变成一滚快刀
血在锋利的刃涂抹上褐色

13. Ceiling Fan
Three leaves of wings, hovering in a fixed orbit
It stares down its under body
It is afraid of a head suddenly up
Turning itself into a sharp knife in an instant
Blood smears brown on its sharp blades

十四、荧屏
电脑荧屏拽着键盘
炯炯直视同在桌上的
黑皮日记本和黑色水笔
纸上的文字一个个飞也似跑到荧屏里
除了那被涂抹掉又恢复起又删掉又改写的“爱”和“痛”字

14. Screen
Computer screen dragging its keyboard
Looks straightly at the black leather diary and black pen
On the same table
The text on the paper flew one by one to the screen
Except for the words “love” and “pain” that were erased, restored, deleted, and rewritten

十五、山河
湘江从岳麓山畔向北流去
树木绿了又红红了又黄，黄了又落下
山无言，河水冒泡，不停地说着什么
黄叶赶来，滑入水中，飘在江上
将水说的话高高举在头顶
15. Mountains And Rivers
The Xiangjiang River flows north from Yuelu Mountain
The trees get green, red, yellow, and yellow and fall
The mountains are silent, the rivers are bubbling, and keep saying something
Yellow leaves came, slided into the water and floated on the river

She is cutting paper skillfully, cutting the umbilical cord
Cutting nails, and cutting soft hair
The female worker in the food factory is cutting the talking duck’s necks
Which are dangled from a hanger
She said, “sin oh, I will cut 10,000 live ducks a day.”

雷声哨响，乌云集合
黑色的大军刹那间铺满了整个天空
没有看见一丝缝隙里有阳光
一丝缝隙里有鸟鸣
一丝缝隙里有曾见过的词
17. Dark Clouds
Thunder whistles, dark clouds are gathering
The stong black army covered the sky at once
I didn’t see any light in a crevice
And any birdsongs in a crevice
And a word I’ve ever seen in the crevice
十八、大和尚
他看见石头里有一尊化玉的菩萨
看见河流里有失足的罗汉
看见木鱼头顶有开悟的痕迹
他看见镜子里有一个俗汉
俗汉心里有一群性感的女人
18. A Venerable Monk
He saw a jade buddha in the stone
Sew a lost arhat in the river
Sew signs of enlightenment on the head of wood fish
He saw a vulgar man in the mirror
And there is a group of sexy women in his heart
十九、七月半
七月半，看牛的孩子蹲在田埂下躲秋风
夜里，祖先们排着队
一个接一个从纸钱的香气里出没
在鞭炮的炸裂声里数秋风的头皮
他们冲着那孩子指指点点

19. The Half Of July
In the half of July, cowboy squatted under the footpath of rice field to hide from the autumn wind
At night, his ancestors lined up
And coming and going one by one from the aroma of paper money
And counting the scalp of autumn wind in the crackle of firecrackers
They pointed at the child

二十、落叶
从树上飘落下来
跟着风走了一段
趴在水面上走了几日
靠到溪边晒了几天太阳
然后，走到一个叫冢的地方安了家
12. Fallen Leaves
Falling from the tree
Fallen leaves followed the wind going forward a while
Lay on the water going forward for a few days
Leaned on the stream in the sun for a few days
Then, they walked to a place called tomb and settled down
二一、罗密欧
窗台上的罗密欧不见了
自它来到之日起，我们就相依为命
怕它饥渴，怕它遭受烈日与梅雨
我提心吊胆地见它死了一次又活了过来而后日渐入膏肓
这次它毅然离开，不让我见到最后的凋谢
注：诗中的罗密欧为一种多肉植物

21. Romeo
On the windowsill Romeo has gone
We have lived on each other since the day it came
Afraid of its hunger and thirst and afraid of it suffering hot sun and plum rain
I saw it died and came back to life again in horror and then it got worse and worse
This time it left resolutely, so that I could not see its last fading
Note: In the poem Romeo is a succulent plant

二二、再生
不会说侗语的侗族妇人
只会说汉语，她回忆起前世是个汉人
她找到了前世的家、孩子，说起她前世的死
没有一丝伤悲，有的只是拥有两个家庭的喜悦
她死过一次，知道死的滋味
22. Rebirth
The woman of Dong Minority can not speak Dong Minority Language
She can only speak Chinese and she recalled that she was a Han Minority in previous life
She found home and children of her previous life and when she talked about
Her death of previous life it has no trace of sorrow and only some joy of having two families
She died once, so she knows the taste of death
二三、肉刺
两个脚趾中间多了一粒骨头
它迫使细嫩的皮肉长出厚茧
企图化茧成蝶的血肉无法破壁而出
只好向内生长
没开成艳丽的蝴蝶，就变成了一根尖锐的肉刺
23. Corn
A bone is born between the two toes
It forces the delicate flesh to grow thick skin cocoon
The flesh and blood which attempt to turn the cocoon into a butterfly
Cannot break through the wall and have to grow inward
It did not turn into a gorgeous butterfly, and turned into a sharp meat thorn
二四、二胡
袁家岭南侧的地下通道里
一个盲人在使劲拉二胡
没有拉出两汪泉水印出的月亮
一丝丝往外拉的
是他半辈子无法吐出的苦水
24. Erhu Fiddle
In the underground passage on the south side of Yuanjialing
A blind man is hardly pulling his erhu fiddle
He did not pull out the moon inverted its image by two clear springs
What he is pulling out
Is the bitter water that he can’t spit out in his whole life
二五、七夕
我仰卧在葡萄架下，一动不动
看从葡萄上滴下来的水珠砸向我的眼珠
星星俯视人间，一动不动
看着从我眼里飞升的泪珠向它砸去
它泪光盈盈，好似明天有倾盆大雨

25. Double Seventh Festival
Lying on my back under the grape stand, motionless
I am watching the drops of water dripping from the grapes hitting to my eyes
The stars look down on the earth, motionless
Watching the teardrops flying from my eyes hitting to it
It bursts into tears, as if there would be a heavy rain tomorrow
(August 17, 2018)
二六、肉刺之二
无法向外突破的时候，向内生长
遇到坚硬的茧，成为更尖锐的刺
带血的肉长成刺，刺向敏感的神经
它让我知道每走一步都十分痛苦、十分艰难
不管是向前，还是向后
26. The Second Meat Thorn
When it can not break out, and grow inward
When it encounters a hard skin cocoon and becomes a sharper skin thorn
The bloody flesh grows into skin thorns, which pierce the sensitive nerves
It makes me know that every step I walked is very painful and difficult
What ever forward or backward
二七、氤氲
认识十年，风和云都淡成了雾
生和死也是，离和别也是
七夕节以后接着的是
鬼节，我们要在烟火的缭绕中袅娜成
月湖上的氤氲
27. Enshrouding
Knowing after ten years, wind and clouds have faded into mist
So also life and death, leaving and parting
What followed after Double Seventh Festival is
Spirit Festival, we want to be the hot and humid clouds
On the moon lake in the cloud of fireworks
二八、一秒
那人努力跋涉
从灰白的泥水中抽离
又陷入黑色的沼泽
旁边的那朵花打开又关闭，关闭又打开

28. A Second
The man trudged hard
Who detached from gray mud water
And back into the black swamp
The flower next to it opened and closed, closed and opened

将昨夜的缱绻挤了出来
一粒眼屎泛着微光
它鄙视着你，仿佛它浓缩了你昨夜所有的泪和血液
它们在结晶后顿悟这生活的无聊、懒散、不可捉摸
30. Gum In The Eyes
You accidentally wiped the corners of your eyes
Squeezed out last night’s farewell
A gum in the eyes is shimmering in the sunlight
It despises you as if it has concentrated all your tears and blood last night
After they crystallized, they realized the boring, lazy, and elusiveness of life
三一、国画
走在峰峦间
那画中人瘦得像根狼毫
将山路跋涉成灰色的细线
那朵膨胀的野菊花向着天空大口吹气
不小心吐出一轮圆月，在灰暗的天幕上砸出个明亮的洞

31. Chinese Painting
Walking among the ridges and peaks of mountains
The man in the painting is as thin as a writing brush made of weasel’s hair
Who is trekking a mountain road into the thin gray lines
The swollen wild chrysanthemum is blowing air into the sky
Which accidentally spat out a full moon and smashed a bright hole in the dark sky

三二、切割
围墙外的小草
一头栽进松软的土地
而无数条扁扁的细腿长出锯齿
企图割开混沌般的空气
任谁瞥向它，目光都会被切割得七零八落
32. Cutting
Grass outside the bounding wall
Threw themself into the soft soil
And countless flat and thin legs with jagged teeth
Attempt to split the chaotic air
Anyone who glances at it would have had his eyes cut into pieces
三三、底语
长匍匐茎的小草纷纷从地底爬出来
蚂蚁爬，虫吻，羊噬，脚踩，车轮压
它们不管不顾，不动声色
唧唧哝哝，似乎有说不完的话
听不懂？哦，那是因为你不是从地底下爬出来的

33. Low Words
Grass with long stolons crawling out of the ground
Ants crawling, insect kissing, sheep biting, with footsteps and pressure of wheels
They don’t care them and keep silence
Whispering to one another, there seems to be endless words
You do not understand? Oh, that’s because you didn’t crawl out of the ground

三四、灯台
桑植的马桑树上
不时晃影出一盏红灯
那汉子骑白马，舞大刀
时不时削去灯芯中枯黑腐败的部分
而后，灯更加明亮，树更加葱绿起来

34. Light Stand
On Coriaria Sinia in SangZhi County
From time to time, a red light appears
That guy rides a white horse and dances with a sword
From time to time, the rotten parts of the lampwick are cut off
Then the lights are brighter and the trees are greener

三五、多肉
蓝色的钵盂里谁种下的一棵草
浮在松软的土上
它说，我没根，不会活得长久
我来到这个世界
只是为了证明在大地上可以像在湖泊上一样飘零
注：诗中多肉为多肉植物
35. Succulent
Who planted a grass in the blue alms bowl
Floating on the soft soil
It said, I have no roots and will not live long
I came to this world
Just to prove that I can drift on the ground like on a lake
Note: The succulent in the poem is a succulent plant
三六、鼠标
在方寸之间挪动
似乎无法走出既定的疆域
但它不安分
不妥协
投射在荧屏上的那可是信马由缰无所不能的一股潇洒劲

36. Mouse
Moving between inches
It seems impossible to get out of the established territory
But it is restless
And uncompromising
What project on the screen is a dash of omnipotent and cool energy at one’s leisure

Is it white or black paper

To hug that big banyan tree’s slim waist around

翻身上了云
天空依旧是蓝的

Turned over the clouds
The sky is still blue
Its gray face is given by the mirror

想起三个月前去了一次崀山
在峰顶的时候
又想起九七年第一次去那里
从狭窄的一线天钻出去看群山蓝鲸一样跳跃、呼号
这次的想念，却卡在狭小的缝隙，无法走出

I remembered that I’d gone to Lang Mountain once three months ago
At the peak
I also remembered that I’d gone there for the first time in 1997
I got out there from a narrow line of sky to see the mountains jumping and calling like blue whale
But the missing of this time got stuck in a narrow gap and couldn’t get out

A black bottle with a big belly and a small mouth
Filled with dirt, water, broken leaves, medicinal wine, and bird feces
A snail was half-pressed by the bottle and couldn’t get up
It wants to shout, it can’t shout out, so the stuffed bottle can not shout out either
I only see the hot gas coming out of the bottleneck

The group of ducklings near approaching curiously
They grabed and tasted the bright red flesh with their hard mouth

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Province, China, is the Chinese contemporary poet, translator, publisher and poetry manager.
She graduated from English Institute of Xi’an International Studies University in English Literature. She is the founder of Sophy Chen World Poetry Award, the President of Sophy International Translation Publishing House, Sophy Chen World Poetry Museum, the Chief Editor of Sophy Poetry & Translation(C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine, and Sophy Poetry & World Translation Website. Sophy Chen is Admin Of PENTASI B World Friendship Poetry, a Member of the Translators Association of China, a Member of the World Nations Writers Union, Kazakhstan, and its Chairman's Chinese Literaturre & Translation Consultant.
