《苏菲诗歌&翻译》英汉双语国际诗歌杂志被菲律宾国家图书馆、菲律宾政府、学校等多家单位正式收藏。这是《苏菲诗歌&翻译》被收藏的第一个海外国家。也是本刊预计推广进驻的第一个海外国家。

2018年7月30日PENTASI B 世界联谊会创始人，视觉诗歌之父朋朋博士、菲律宾诗人埃德温•科德维拉、伊顿S特立尼达一行陪同中国诗人、翻译家，《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志创始人兼主编苏菲，参观了菲律宾国家图书馆。

菲律宾国家图书馆年轻美丽的馆长塞萨尔-吉尔伯特-阿德里亚诺亲手接过苏菲签名的杂志。馆长塞萨尔-吉尔伯特-阿德里亚诺给《苏菲诗歌&翻译》积极的评价，并且希望能积极参与“中国 世界诗歌节2019”并且和中国图书馆进行良好的文化交流。

省长埃莫德-德罗梭非常高兴能够获赠《苏菲诗歌&翻译》国际诗歌杂志。他认真阅读了《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志并给予高度评价：“正如我的箴言，继续坚持，把好事做到极致”。他给自己收藏了一本，剩下的书全部摆放在自己的办公室，他还不忘特意给他的行政秘书艾格尼丝-帕拉杰女士一本。

三描礼士省是2018年7月29日至30日中国诗人苏菲女士为期2天菲律宾马尼拉访问的欢迎团队PENTASI B三描礼士省诗人所在的省。苏菲此次访问由视觉诗歌之父、PENTASI B世界诗人联谊会创始人朋朋博士• 塔哥童• 塔克皮斯利美主持和赞助。此次访问苏菲和朋朋博士就PENTASI B 世界诗人联谊会 中国诗歌节2019签署了备忘录（MOU）。

8月15日下午三点，诗人伊顿S特立尼达女士又将《苏菲诗歌&翻译》送达菲律宾三描礼士省吕宋岛，三描礼士国立高中(ZNHS)。三描礼士国立高中(ZNHS)开设了一个特殊的外语课程，只教授汉语，特别是七年级到十年级。
汉语普通话课校长和协调人罗娜-杜拉斯女士，亲自将《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志递交给各个年级的汉语普通话老师们。老师们为能够获赠苏菲主编的这本杂志感到特别荣幸，他们说《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志将会是他们学习汉语和教授汉语的最佳教科书。

8月15日当天，诗人伊顿S特立尼达女士还将《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志递交给卢西奥-布里戈纪念学习中心(LAMLC) 初级中学校长安妮斯塔-T-派若都博士和学校图书馆。诗人伊顿S特立尼达女士不但是这所学校的校长、PENTASI B三描礼士诗人之家诗人之一、还是PENTASI B 世界诗人联谊会的成员之一。在诗人校长伊顿S特立尼达女士的积极带动下学校已经开设了诗歌课程。

“Sophy Poetry & Translation” E-C bilingual international poetry magazine officially collected by the Philippine National Library, Philippine government, schools and others. This is the first overseas’ country in which “Sophy Poetry & Translation” was collected. It is also the first overseas’ country that the magazine is expected to promote.

On July 30, 2018, accompanied by the founder of PENTASI B World Friendship, Father of Visual Poetry, DOC PENPEN, Edwin Cordevilla and Eden S. Trinidad, the Chinese poet, translator, founder and chief editor of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” visited the National Library of the Philippines. The young and pretty Director of National Library of The Philippines, Cesar Gilbert Q.Adriano took over magazine with Sophy Chen’s signature. She gave a positive evaluation to “Sophy Poetry & Translation” and hoped to actively participate in the China World Poetry Festival 2019 for good cultural exchanges with Chinese libraries. Poet DOC PENPEN and  Founder of PENTASI B World Poet Fellowship on behalf of Sophy Chen submitted his autographed certificate of the gift book ”Sophy Poetry & Translation” to the National Library of the Philippines. Edgardo B. Quiros—Assistant Director, National Library of The Philippines and NLP Staff received on and in behalf of the NLP Director. Sophy Chen and the National Library Director of the Philippines cordially talked and took a group photo.

On the morning of August 15, 2018, the Philippine poet Eaton S. Trinidad personally handed the “Sophy Poetry & Translation” poetry magazine to the government of Zambales Province of the Philippines under the entrustment of Sophy Chen, the founder and chief editor of it. The Governor Attorney Amor D.Deloso, the Governor of the Province of Zambales, received copies of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” at the provincial capitol of Zambales, Philippines.

Governor Amor Deloso is very much delighted to receive the “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Poetry Magazine and he commented, “just as I said, keep doing the right and best things”. And he kept one for his personal collection and put the rest in his main office. A copy is also given to her executive secretary Ms.Agnes Palaje.

Zambales is where the Mabuhay Welcoming Team resides. We are the PENTASI B Zambaleno Poets who welcomed Ms. Sophy Chen in her recent trip, a 2 day visit in Manila,Philippines on July 29-30, 2018 hosted and sponsored by Doc Penpen Bugtong Takipsilim, the father of Visual Poetry and Founder of Pentasi B for the signing of Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) for PENTASI B World Fellowship Event in China, 2019

At 3 pm on August 15, the poet Eaton S. Trinidad sent “Sophy Poetry &Translation” to Luzon Island, Zambales National High School (ZNHS). ZNHS has a Special Program For Foreign Language (SPFL), teaching only Chinese Mandarin Special sections for Grade VII -X.

“Sophy Poetry & Translation” magazines are being handed over to the Head and Coordinator of Chinese Mandarin Classes Madam Rowena Dullas and to the teachers of Chinese Mandarin of every grade level. The school heads are very thankful and honored to be chosen as recipient of Sophy Chen’s magazine as they expressed that the magazine will be a great tool for their teaching and learning of the Chinese Mandarin Language.

On the same day, she donated my magazine “Sophy Poetry & Translation” to the school. It is being received by the Head and Coordinator of Chinese Mandarin Classes Madam Rowena Dullas and to the teachers of Chinese Mandarin of every grade level.

“Sophy Poetry & Translation” is given to the Lucio Abrigo Memorial Learning Center, Inc. (LAMLC) received by their Junior High School Principal Dr. Aniceta T. Peredo Ed. D. and some copies for their school library.

LAMLC school conducted  trainings & workshops on poetry writing to their Elementary and Junior High School last June 2018 and their first book of poetry will be launched on December 2018.

EdenS. Trinidad, their School Director is one of the member of PENTASI B Worldwide Family and Pentasi B Zambaleno Poets.

苏菲（Sophy Chen），本名陈丽华，中国当代女诗人、翻译家。出生于陕西汉中略阳县；毕业于西安外国语大学英文学院。美国英语“传奇诗人”。 “苏菲诗歌&翻译网”、“苏菲诗歌&翻译”(英汉双语）国际杂志社、“苏菲国际翻译出版社”创建人。“苏菲英语讲坛”创办者兼主讲人。 1989年，开始汉语诗歌写作、2004年开始英语诗歌写作、2005年开始英汉双语诗歌翻译。 获2012年度“国际最佳翻译家奖”（评选语言英汉双语）。“中国当代诗歌奖”（2013—2014）翻译奖（评选语言英汉双语）。获2018年 PENTASI B 世界精神诗人奖和世界杰出诗人奖（评选语言英语）。 翻译出版英译诗歌集六部：《花动摇》、《藏香》、《生之瞭望》、《异调》、《胴体向前》、《白娘子诗传》。 英语诗歌原创集，“苏菲英语十四行诗”《晚香玉》，仅仅8首诗，电子书在美国亚马逊英语图书网出版。

Poet Sophy Chen
Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.
