哈萨克斯坦著名诗人、翻译家 凯拉特·杜塞洛夫·帕尔曼（1964-2020）2020年7月初因病逝世，享年56岁。
凯拉特·杜塞洛夫·帕尔曼是哈萨克斯坦著名诗人、作曲家、翻译家、散文家、词曲作家、记者。“世界各民族作家联盟”主席。

凯拉特·杜塞洛夫·帕尔曼生前曾为哈萨克斯坦诗歌，俄罗斯诗歌，中国诗歌乃至世界诗歌做出不懈的努力和贡献。特别是他组织发起和倡导的“世界各民族作家联盟”会刊GALAMSHAR ADEBIETI - GLOBAL LITERA/Galamshar Adebieti - Global Literature/《加拉马沙尔•阿德巴特–全球文学》对中国诗歌的全球化做出可贵的贡献。

中国诗人、翻译家苏菲作为他本人的中国文学、翻译顾问、“世界各民族作家联盟”成员之一，GALAMSHAR ADEBIETI - GLOBAL LITERA/Galamshar Adebieti - Global Literature/《加拉马沙尔•阿德巴特–全球文学》中国文学主编，谨代表下属的“苏菲诗歌&世界翻译网”，苏菲国际翻译出版社，《苏菲诗歌&翻译》英汉纸质世界诗刊，苏菲世界诗歌博物馆以及中国诗人、读者向他致以沉痛的哀悼！

The famous poet and translator of Kazakhstan (1964-2020) Kairat Duissenov Parman died of illness in early July 2020 at the age of 56.
Kairat Duissenov Parman is a famous poet, composer, translator, essayist, songwriter, and journalist of Kazakhstan and chairman of World Nations Writers Union.
Kairat Duissenov Parman made the unremitting efforts and contributions to Kazakhstan poetry, Russian poetry, Chinese poetry and even world poetry during his lifetime. Particularly, the Journal GALAMSHAR ADEBIETI - GLOBAL LITERA/Galamshar Adebieti - Global Literature/《加拉马沙尔•阿德巴特–全球文学》of the World Nations Writers Union, initiated and advocated by his organization made a remarkable contribution to the globalization of Chinese poetry.
As his Chinese Literature & translation consultant, one of the members of the World Nations Writers Union, and Chief Editor of Chinese Literature of the Journal GALAMSHAR ADEBIETI - GLOBAL LITERA/Galamshar Adebieti - Global Literature/《加拉马沙尔•阿德巴特–全球文学》, Chinese poet and translator Sophy Chen only represents her subordinate Sophy Poetry & World Translation Website, Sophy International Translation Publishing House, Sophy Poetry & Translation C-E World Paper Magazine, Sophy Chen World Poetry Museum and Chinese poets and readers express their deep condolences to him!

I Have Fallen In Love

Now I have fallen in love 
And to know more about it 
I loiter day and night 
Amid hills and on the grassland,
You may count me for Kozy * 
And I shall count you Bayan *
I feel as if I am in love with Korpesh *
I stood for a long time there, 
Hoping to see you.

I do not feel offended that you have not come,
But I think what has stopped you
Or what you have been engaged in, 
I look at every girl imagining you
My love, my heart forces me so to do.

All my sweet dreams have turned to dust
The mood has gone, 
The soul cries and I am angry at everything
I wish to wander through the grassland
Only to find you who to me is lost
I have sipped the cup of patience, 
And now can’t not calm down myself 
Nor I can find a way out.

Isn’t it a bitter agony given to the lovers?
I feel as if you stand beside, 
But hidden from me and saying,
"If you really are in love, 
Rejoice with all of your heart".
I realized
This time I am in a hurry for the event.

If I say so that I have fallen in love
No one may believe in me, 
But my life has changed
For I have fallen in love
And to know more about it 
I loiter day and night.

现在我已经坠入爱河
想了解你更多
我日夜徘徊
在山丘上、在草原上
你可以把我算作科兹* 
我会把你算作巴彦*
我感觉好像我爱上了科尔佩什*
我在那里站了很久
希望能见到你

你没有来，我不觉得生气
但我认为有什么阻止了你
或者你有什么事情耽搁了
我把看见的每个女孩都想象成你
我的挚爱，我的心强迫我这么做
 
我所有甜蜜的梦都变成了尘埃
激情已过
我的灵魂在哭泣，对一切都很生气
我希望能在草原上漫步
只为找到你，我失去的你
我抿了一杯忍耐之酒
而现在不能不冷静下来
我也找不到出路

难道这不是给恋人们带来痛苦的痛苦吗

四周的鸟雀突然停止了聒噪
天空不再喧腾，阴霾散去

就像一次日全食，把琅琅晴天
致敬成提前来临的夜晚
世间从未有此刻一样祥和
草原上的月亮缓缓升起
群星将一个人的灵魂推上自由永恒的殿堂
不同种族的人群开始在星空下汇合
如海纳百川，彼此放下心中芥蒂
让高贵的爱意在云岚草叶间滋长
这一天来自世界各地的人
争相造访他游牧而居的毡房

I Met Him On The Free Prairie
—Dedicated To Kairat Duissenov Parman

The world has never been as peaceful as now
The birds around suddenly stopped noisy
It is no longer noisy in the sky, and the haze have gone
A quiet solemnity in the air
Is like a total solar eclipse which tributes
The clear and sunny sky into a night ahead
It has never been peace in this world as now
The moon rises slowly on the prairie
The stars push a soul of a person into the palace of freedom and eternity
The people of different races began to converge in the stars
And as all rivers runnig into the sea, let go of their jealousness
Let the noble love grow between mists, clouds and grass
This day people from all over the world
Competing to visit his nomadic yurt
Want to see his face and sabre
Want to feel his magnanimity and friendliness
And he, as the leader of the tribal alliance, stepped on
The speak stage which is like a golden throne in king’s hall
And he, extremely deferential, is nodding silently
Waving in a hurry after he posted a short opening remark
Let all the heroes take turns on stage — one by one

And sail with you in unknown ponds…

When the time to say goodbye comes,
They just whisper memories in dreams, 
You look at the blue sky in tear streams 
To find a star leaving sans any qualms

A bard is a songbird of mundane poetree
He leaves like a star to sing in Eden's tree.

“THE VIRTUOUS HUMANBEING”

Whose soul sprouted from the essence of Love,
Whose existence was made with the rich soil of peace,
Whose eyes had the lenses; capable enough to look far beyond the time.
He was the one, who grew up with the dream of peace in his eyes,
And to give life to that dream, he made the platform of “World Nation Writers’Union”; Gathering all the peace lover; writers & poets.
Although he was less-talkative,
Each pore of his soul & existence spoke.
This virtuous & transparent man will never be forgotten by the righteous people of world literature.
At the moment, the soil of his grave is wet with the pearls of our tears,
But the pearls dripping from the pens’ of members of World Nations writers’ unions will make his grave a galaxy till Dooms Day.

Remembering Kairat Duissenov Parman

We had amicably chatted shortly before the sad event and without knowing what his conditions were, in the last few days I had sent him photos that reminded us of our meeting in Turkey. It was by scrolling through its pages that I came across the news of his departure and because of Covid 19.
Although the whole world is caught in the grip of fear and despite the non-encouraging news that speak of a widespread diffusion of the virus, it is never expected that things can get you so close, that a friend, that a loved one can be affected.
But, this happened and took away a sensitive man, a culture lover. It was a pleasure for me to meet him, to collaborate with him on several occasions. Poets and writers from the world are, today, united in the thought of his premature death. Death that places you before the fragility of the human condition and leaves you upset as well as pained, makes you feel helpless, small in the universe, in a world where you thought you could dominate everything. But, then comes a tiny and invisible enemy to bring you back to reality-
The departure of our dear friend Kairat will help lead to profound reflections on life, death, the human condition, on possible new ways to be taken
He will thus continue to be present in our hearts, in our minds.
Goodbye kairat and may God have you in glory！

不幸的消息传来前不久，我们还友好地聊过天，那时我并不知道他的状况，最近几天我给他发了照片，提醒他我们在土耳其的会议。通过翻阅其滚动的页面，我发现他因Covid 19离世的消息。
尽管整个世界都被恐惧所笼罩，尽管有令人沮丧的消息说该病毒正在广泛传播，但从来没有想到此事能与您如此亲密，让一位朋友，让一位备受爱戴的人，受到影响。
但是，此事终究发生了，带走了一个敏感的人，一个文化爱好者。我很高兴能与他相识，并多次与他合作。今天，来自世界各地的诗人和作家团结一致，悼念他的英年早逝。在渺茫的宇宙，在这个您认为自己可以统治一切的世界中，死亡使您无法忍受人类状况的脆弱，让您感到沮丧和痛苦，让您感到无助。但是，随之而来的是一个看不见的微小敌人，将您带回到现实中-
我们亲爱的朋友凯拉特·杜塞洛夫·帕尔曼的离世将有助于对生死，人类状况，以及可能采取的新方法进行深刻反思。

Winds on the invisible wings,
Haul clouds, they carry them 
To the farthest ends of the world,
They pour down either rains or snow,
Water starts the back journey,
Dribbling down from the slopes, 
Trickles down forming rills,
The rills constitute streams,
And then the streams join the rivers,
Water drifts in excitement,
Perhaps it is impatient to mingle 
And mix into the origin,
Then finally blends into the sea.
O! Kairat,
You have gone, you came where from,
Like the rain water,
You have fallen back into the origin,
Where from you belonged to,
Yes; you belonged to eternity,
You did nothing else,
But promoted love for fraternity,
Feel soft fall of our steps and keep in mind,
Tarry a little, we are not far behind.
